The mission of Elementary Programs is to ensure that all students receive a rigorous, appropriate, and challenging course of instruction. Elementary Programs is committed to supporting all students in becoming productive, 21st century, literate students. Every student will develop and demonstrate effective reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, and mathematics conceptual understanding by participating in high-quality, explicit instruction across all content areas.
